For a very long time I allowed my emotions to control me. I didn't realise how I was self-sabotaging myself with this behavior, and there's a big chance you're doing that too.

We are surrounded by so much negativity, from other people and from ourselves, and when you allow yourself to dwell in those bad emotions, you can't create anything beautiful in your life. And you're here to live an extraordinary life! The life of your dreams, right?

So here's a simple technique I learnt from Tony Robbins. Whether you know about this technique already or not, this will be a good reminder, and a good strategy you can always implement to get yourself out of any funk.

  2. Really enjoyed the video. Unfortunately, I have to walk looking down so I don’t trip and fall on uneven pavement. Even when serious illness presented itself, I told my family that I was very thankful for a wonderful life. It made things seem better. I enjoy your enthusiasm.
